Who is Big Pile of Dog Shirts?  Big Pile of Dog Shirts is basically me (Mikel Miller) and my dogs Tony, Cissy, and Sarah.  I'm a female burdened with a boy's name, which is pronounced Michael.  More about us here.  We live in South Central Kansas and work out of our home.  I am the former owner of Helping Udders.

How do I designate which Rescue will benefit from my purchase?  Before you check out, you will want to click on one of the buttons marked "choose a rescue".  That link will take you to a page where you can designate your rescue.  Right now we have a very limited number of rescues signed up to receive donations.  You can help us out by telling your favorite rescue about us.

My favorite rescue isn't on the list!  How do they get on?  Glad  you asked!!  Tell them that all they need to do to become eligible for donations is to sign up for a link and follow the directions.  A link to the sign up form is in the left hand margin and looks like this.

I can't put more than one item in my Shopping Cart!  What's wrong?  That is probably a "cookies" problem.  You have two choices.  Either close all your browser windows and come back to finish your shopping in a fresh browser, or just call us at 316-250-2276.  I'll be happy to take your order over the phone.  Our business hours are 7:00 am CST to 10:00 pm CST.  Please leave a message if we don't answer, and I'll return your call asap.

How/when will my package be shipped?  I use the good ole' US Postal Service.  Why?  Free boxes, and believe it or not, they are faster and cheaper than the other guys.  Since I make almost all the tees and all the vinyl decals I sell, it may take me a couple of days to get your order ready, but I try hard to get orders shipped within 3 or 4 working days.

Can I track my order?  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from PayPal with your USPS tracking info.  I use PayPal's US Postal Service function to ship your package.  But you can always call to find out when your package shipped.

Where are you located?  Do you have a store?  We are located in Mulvane, KS.  We do not have a storefront.  Big Pile of Dog Shirts is run out of my home.

Is my credit card info safe?  Yes.  Your credit card is processed through PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase.  I don't even get your credit card info.
